Magnetic encoders are crucial components in a vehicle's Anti-lock Braking System (ABS). They work by detecting the speed and position of the wheels, providing real-time data to prevent wheel lock-up during braking.

They generate signals based on changes in magnetic fields, often used in conjunction with sensors. the magnetic fields are typically produced by permanent magnets or electromagnets integrated into the encoder system. These magnets create a stable magnetic environment around the encoder.
The Magnetic rings of encoder adopted always need to be magnetized according to the specific requirements of relative ABS encoder designed and demands.

MZ-MMRTS811:
Magnetic encoder magnetization inspection machine is a semi-automatic equipment integrating magnetization and inspection for the ABS magnetic sealing ring industry of automobile wheel hub. The equipment adopts advanced computer software, imported PLC, high linearity and high stability Hall element sampling processing and other technologies. The system can automatically magnetize and measure the surface magnetic distribution of various ABS magnetic products, and can automatically judge its polarity. The surface magnetic beam distribution waveform of the magnetic product, the magnetic field parameters of each pole, and the data calculation and analysis are all automatically completed by the computer. X-Y coordinates can be drawn, and all measurement data, curves, and test reports can be printed, stored, and displayed by the computer.

2. Computer monitor: Install magnetic seal ring detection software and store detection data.
3. Start button: Press the device left and right at the same time to start the magnetization detection.
4. Keyboard tray: A platform for placing the mouse and keyboard, which can be folded freely.
5. Aviation plug: main power incoming line.
6. Pneumatic triple unit: Integrate air source on and off, filtering, adjustment, and pressure display.
7. Power on/off: The rotary switch controls the power on and off of the whole machine.
