MZMF-MOR16J-D35.3-4S Series: Revolutionizing Automatic Magnetization and Testing
The MZMF-MOR16J-D35.3-4S series of external multi-pole automatic magnetization and testing equipment completely transforms traditional magnetization and testing methods into an integrated automated solution. This innovative equipment is widely used in the production of ferrite materials and the ferrite application industry.
Featuring high efficiency and reliability, this device does not require special electrical configurations for the working environment. It can operate effectively with standard lighting power supplies, making it convenient and flexible to use.
The product is fed into the system using a vertical vibration feeder. It is then sequentially divided into four paths, where each item enters the magnetization fixture to be magnetized one by one. After magnetization, the products are individually transferred to the testing fixture, where they are automatically sorted into qualified and unqualified categories. Employees are only required to provide timely feeding of products and package the qualified items.
The magnetic flux detection is carried out using our company's multifunctional fluxmeter, developed with a high-performance microprocessor and advanced analog chips, in conjunction with a Helmholtz coil for accurate measurement.
