Working principle
After stepping up and rectifying the 220V 50Hz single-phase AC power, it charges the energy storage system (capacitor), storing energy for later use. The control system then releases this energy instantaneously through the magnetizing/demagnetizing coil to generate a strong magnetic field, achieving the purpose of charging/demagnetizing workpieces. The magnetizing/demagnetizing current can be adjusted by varying the charging voltage.
 
This impulse magnetizer 2000V series applicable for chargerless products and multipole magnet including ferrite, alnico, NdFeB permanent magnet in small pcs or magnetic rings.
