The system consists of a computer, printer, microcontroller sampling and control system, Hall effect sampling probe, automatic control adjustment device, measurement software, and a rotating platform. It utilizes advanced microcomputer hardware and software technology, along with popular microcontroller processing techniques, and high-linearity, high-stability Hall devices.
This system can automatically measure the surface magnetic distribution of various magnetic products, such as neodymium-iron-boron, ferrite, and plastic magnets. It can also automatically determine their polarity. The surface magnetic flux distribution waveforms, magnetic field parameters for each pole, and data calculations and analyses are all performed automatically by the computer.
The system can generate X-Y coordinate and polar coordinate curves, with all measurement data, curves, and test reports available for printing, storage, and display via the computer. The probe is controlled by a stepper motor, eliminating the need for manual adjustments during operation. It offers high repeatability in testing and positioning accuracy, making it convenient for both individual and batch testing.
