Working Principle Of This Magnetizer

The magnetizer operates by utilizing a 380V 50HZ three-phase alternating current, which undergoes a transformation process where it's boosted and rectified to charge the energy storage system, specifically the capacitor. This energy is then strategically stored. Through the adept control system, this stored energy is swiftly released in the form of a strong magnetic field via the magnetizing coil, achieving efficient charging/demagnetizing of the workpiece. The intensity of the charging/demagnetizing current can be finely tuned by adjusting the charging voltage, offering precision and control.
