With precision, it automatically magnetizes and meticulously measures the surface magnetic distribution of a variety of ABS magnetic products, while deftly determining their polarity. The comprehensive system performs intricate calculations and analyses of the surface magnetic flux distribution waveform and magnetic field parameters for each pole, autonomously generating X-Y coordinates and polar coordinate curves. All measurement data, along with curves and detailed test reports, are seamlessly printed, stored, and displayed through the integrated computer system.
 

Working Principle

The machine conjures a magnetic field by discharging through a specialized unipolar charging head supported by a pulse power supply. In the charging process, the alternating N-pole and S-pole ingeniously form a complete circuit, managed by a specialized control circuit.
