Brief Introduction/ Automation Magnetizer Machine with Flux measurement/Coding/ Sorting Function
The large magnetic sheet magnetizing and magnetic flux sorting integrated machine is primarily developed for the automatic magnetization, magnetic flux detection and sorting, coding, and manual feeding of large-sized rectangular and wedge-shaped neodymium-iron-boron magnets. By adjusting the corresponding workstations and changing the tooling fixtures, it can accommodate various sizes and specifications. This greatly reduces labor costs and enhances product quality, achieving high efficiency and automated production throughout the entire process. It is widely used in production enterprises that require large neodymium-iron-boron magnets, such as elevator motors, servo motors, wind turbines, electric vehicles, and magnetic separators.

Basic Principle

Magnetization Principle: A magnetic field is generated by discharging a specially designed coil using a pulse power supply. By switching the direction of the current, the N and S directions of the magnetic field can be altered to meet the directional requirements of the product's magnetic field.

Magnetic Flux Detection Principle: This is complemented by our company's multifunctional flux meter, developed based on high-performance microprocessors and advanced analog chips, in conjunction with a Hall effect coil for flip detection.

• Ultra-high precision measurement with a resolution of up to 0.1 μV·s
• Can simultaneously measure magnetic flux and magnetic moment, and can also be used for measuring magnetic field strength
• One-button automatic drift adjustment, ensuring no drift during measurement
• Built-in USB interface for connection to computer software for data recording, storage, and analysis
• Test results can be output in seven grades or in three grades: PASS/REG-HI/REG-LOW
• Storage for ten sets of coil parameters (five sets of planar coils and five sets of Helmholtz coils)
• Magnetic flux meter features a 4.7-inch LCD display with touch control, capable of displaying the last 100 test result data
• Comes with an SD card interface for real-time recording of measurement result data
