The Fully Automatic ABS Magnetic Ring Charging/magnetization and Testing/inspection Integrated Machine is a cutting-edge device designed for the automotive wheel hub ABS magnetic sealing ring industry. This fully automated equipment utilizes advanced computer software, imported PLC, and high-linearity, high-stability Hall element sampling processing technology. The system automatically magnetizes and measures the surface magnetic distribution of various ABS magnetic products and can determine their polarity. The surface magnetic flux distribution waveform, magnetic field parameters of each pole, and data calculations and analyses are all performed automatically by the computer. It can generate X-Y coordinates and polar coordinate curves, and all measurement data, curves, and test reports can be printed, stored, and displayed by the computer.
Working Principle
The machine generates a magnetic field by discharging a specially designed unipolar charging head through a pulse power supply. During charging, the N-pole and S-pole alternate, forming a complete circuit through a specialized control circuit.
